Rental Opportunities at the DCC
Below are the details of the different rentals that we offer here at the DCC, scroll down to see more.
Facility Rentals
We rent our upstairs room and downstairs room separately as well as use of the kitchen. Use of the tables and chairs are included with any rental as well as the lawn. Refundable security deposits and non-refundable maintenance fees are required. The rental fees per 6 hour block are as follows
Danbury Resident:
Upstairs $75,
Downstairs $35.
Use of kitchen $35.
Non Resident:
Upstairs $150.
Downstairs $70.
Kitchen $70.
We also rent our meeting space for organizations or groups for regularly-scheduled meetings or events as follows:
Not for Profit
$2.50/week or $10/month
For Profit
$5.00/week or $20/month
Not for Profit Fundraisers
$25 or 20% of realized profits.
Tables and Chairs
We rent out our tables and chairs for use away from our facility. We have 8 ft tables, as well as folding and stackable chairs and kid sized chairs. Security deposits are required and will be returned upon return of the tables and chairs in the same state in which they left. The fee is $5 per table and $1 per chair that is rented. We also ask that if you rent them you clean them prior to returning them.
Lawn Sign
We rent out use of our lawn sign for your advertising needs, or even for a birthday or anniversary greeting. We will supply use of our letters and numbers also. The sign has four rows and fits 15 to 20 letters on each row. The charge is $20 for a full week (ex:Monday - Monday) or $15 for a weekend (Friday - Monday).
